A significant challenge facing young breast cancer survivors is learning how to manage cancer-related fears during survivorship.
The FEARLESS Method is not a traditional support group or therapy. It is a clinically proven lifestyle reintegration program for breast cancer survivors ready to take their life back without fear calling the shots.

Research shows up to 70% of young breast cancer survivors struggle with moderate to severe levels of Fear of Cancer Recurrence (FCR).
It's the quiet 3 AM worry that keeps you awake at night. It's the cloud that hangs over family vacations and follow-up appointments. It's the hesitation that surfaces when you think about not being there for the future milestones of your children. It's exhausting, and it can feel like it's stealing your life after cancer.
Now imagine:
Waking up without that heavy feeling of fear in your chest.

Being there for your children in peace.
That's not just a dream.
It's the reality for participants of the FEARLESS Method—a 10-week virtual group health coaching program specifically designed for young, female, early-stage breast cancer survivors like you who deserve to live with less fear and more freedom.

"I feel more empowered to create a healthier future for myself. We set goals for our legacy, and I want to be able to look back knowing I did all I could. The program gave me tools to move forward."

"I am taking the time to plan long-term goals for my life and am not scared that my health could be a barrier. I feel I am more intentional with my actions. I learned so many tools needed for better health, nutrition, and well-being. Tools that will carry me through my journey. I feel more positive about myself, and my mind feels much more clear. The ladies in this group were very kind. This time felt like a gift for my soul."

"Others sharing their stories helped me put things into perspective...knowing you are not alone. Also, I realized how much stress can contribute to illness, and stressing over recurrence can be so counterproductive...Having someone else around that shares your feelings or understands what you have been through always helps me feel better and cope better...I loved having each session focused on various topics like sleep, stress, eating well, etc."

"I learned new techniques that help me manage my fears and actually live my best life. This program is perfect for that ‘lost’ phase right after treatment when you’re trying to figure out who you are again."

“I’ve started thanking my body every single day. The study reminded me to give myself time and grace with everything I’ve been through.”

“I loved hearing what others do to calm their fears — it made me feel less alone in this journey... The Optimist’s Creed, Serenity Prayer, and journaling brought calm and helped me start each day with a positive mindset.”

“This helped me focus on the present — on what I can do to be healthier now, instead of fear of an unknown future.... Being with other young breast cancer survivors helped me feel less alone and reminded me that investing in myself and my well-being matters....
It made me more intentional about what I can control — diet, movement, gratitude, mindfulness — and helped me see myself as a worthy investment.”

“I love doing the Optimist’s Creed, Serenity Prayer, and daily gratitude journaling. They grounded me... The biggest shift was realizing my feelings aren’t unique — others are going through the same things. Connecting with women who were diagnosed recently was incredibly helpful. The focus on cancer-fighting foods and understanding the difference between sleep and true rest was eye-opening.”

“I feel motivated to exercise more and prioritize self-love and self-care. Reading the Optimist’s Creed and Serenity Prayer helped me so much. Journaling more often and meditating have become part of my routine.”

A significant challenge facing young breast cancer survivors is learning how to manage fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) during survivorship. FCR is fear, concern, or worry relating to the possibility that cancer will progress or return. FCR is normal to a degree after a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, however when left unaddressed or unmanaged, FCR can become dysfunctional. FCR severity can be measured using the Fear of Cancer Recurrence Inventory.
This program is created especially for women (ages 18–59) who are early-stage breast cancer survivors (Stages 1–3), have completed treatment, and still find themselves living with the fear of cancer returning. If you’re ready to move beyond “just surviving” and start truly living again, this program is for you.
Support groups and therapy often focus on sharing experiences or addressing emotional distress. The FEARLESS Method is a clinically informed lifestyle reintegration program. You’ll learn and practice proven tools to reduce fear, restore whole-person health, and build a sustainable lifestyle that supports your long-term well-being. You will enhance self-love, engage in lifestyle practices that promote longevity, and give rise to your purpose and legacy moving forward.
Most participants do not need specific medical clearance. However, if you’re still at the end of your active treatment or have medical concerns, we encourage you to check in with your healthcare provider before starting.
